Specifics of contractual arrangements in the times of crisis
The ongoing crisis in the air travel industry has hit all of its stakeholders, disrupting the long-standing connections, and leading to frequent cases of breaching contractual obligations. In this block, conference participants will receive recommendations and practical cases of leading consultancies, who will share practical experience in following issues:

The critical decline of traffic volumes, challenges of short-terms planning of airline operations and uncertainties of mid-term prospects significantly complicate fleet management and arrangements with leasing companies. In this block conference participants will receive recommendations and practical cases of leading consultancies, who will share practical experience in following issues:

• Legal protection for aircraft leasing, available to airlines during the crisis period
• Settlements with leasing companies
• Settlements with creditors

Specifics of customer relations in passenger and freight air service
The COVID-19 crisis has already devastated and continues to hurt economies around the world. National governments have to impose restrictive quarantine measures in a strife for a compromise between healthcare and populations’ wellbeing – and economic priorities. 
In this block conference participants will receive recommendations and practical cases of leading consultancies, who will share practical experience in following issues:

• Air fare reimbursement to passengers in the event of quarantines. Organization of commercial and contractual work for compliance with state regulations in assurance of passenger rights and minimizing loss risks for airlines
