TAP Maintenance & Engineering (TAP M&E) is the MRO of TAP Portugal. Its portfolio of maintenance services includes the overhaul of CFM56-3, -5A, -5B, -5C and -7B, JT8 and RB211 engines; airframe maintenance on Airbus A300-600, A310, A330, A340 and A320 Family; components maintenance, material support and engineering services. TAP M&E is a member of the Airbus MRO Network.

TAP M&E employs over 1,900 persons, adequately trained and qualified to provide engineering and maintenance services with a quality that is internationally recognized in an extremely demanding market, where safety is the prime value. Its activity is guided by a set of values, with a focus on customer satisfaction, but with an emphasis on the maintenance of the high standards of safety inherent to the aeronautical industry, the protection of the environment and the safety of persons and property.
