In the Renaissance Moscow Monarch Centre Hotel booked a block of rooms for participants of the Forum. You can book the room until September, 26, 2011. The cost of living is not included in the registration fee. Delegates are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Information on accommodation will be forwarded to you after the reception of registration form.

Registration Terms and Conditions

The fee covers participation in all conference sessions, simultaneous translation, drinks during conference breaks and lunch, the official evening reception (VAT including). Payment must be made before July 29 2011 to save the discount; before September 26 2011 to guarantee your participation. Registration form is valid for delegates from one company.

5% - 2 delegates
10% - 3 or more delegates

Cancellation policy

Full refund (less 10% administration charge) is available for cancellations received in writing (by letter / fax) before September 1 2011. No refund is available after this date. Substitutions are accepted without extra charge at any date.
