The delivery will be done through the back side of the hotel (Exit #25).

For additional price you can order in Organizing Committee (orders are accepted before September 22):

• Additional logo at fascia board (price is EUR100, logo should be provided in eps format not later then September 22)
• Production of Banners (price is EUR 45 per sq.m., design EUR 95)
• Flat screens (32’ EUR 550 for 2 days, 37’ EUR 800 for 2 days, 42’ EUR 980 for 2 days, 46’ EUR 1100 for 2 days)
• Brochure stands (price for 1 item for 2 days is EUR 100)
• Advertising in official conference brochure (back side EUR2000, 1 color page inside, EUR 1500., 1/2 page inside, EUR1000)

For additional price you can order in the Hotel (orders should be made before October 1):

Catering (beverages and food to be served at you booth). Menu and prices will be provided upon request. Please contact hotel event manager Fedor Timokhov at +7 (495) 931-9000. Wi-Fi internet cards can be bought in hotel business center (Zero floor) or at the Reception (1st floor). One hour card EUR 10, 24 hours – EUR28.

We would be grateful if you would observe the DO’s and DON’Ts associated with the shell system as any damage to the system will be charged directly to the exhibitor.
