Booth rate includes Shell scheme (3 walls) Table, two chairs Spotlights Power socket 220V Fascia board with company’s name Company profile appearing in the official conference booklet and ATO Events web-site (up to 1,500 characters and official web-site address. Materials should be provided before October, 1) Payment Minimum deposit of 30% is required; full balance is due on all booths by September, 10, 2007. If the money is not received by this date the organizers reserve the right to cancel the booth space and release the space for sale. Any Exhibitors signing up after August, 15, 2007 must provide full payment with their contract. Cancellation policy Once a booth has been reserved a non refundable deposit of 30% is required upon receipt of our invoice. If written notice of cancellation is received on or before August, 15, 2007 the organizers will provide refund less 30% deposit. If written notice of cancellation is received after August, 15, 2007 then the Exhibitor is liable for 100% of the booth space contracted.
