Registration Terms and Conditions

The fee covers participation in all conference sessions, simultaneous translation, drinks during conference breaks and lunch, the official evening reception (VAT including). Payment must be made before December February 01, 2012 to save the discount; before February 16, 2012 to guarantee your participation. Registration form is valid for delegates from one company.

Cancellation policy

Full refund (less 10% administration charge) is available for cancellations received in writing (by letter / fax) before 1st of February 2012. No refund is available after this date. Substitutions are accepted without extra charge at any date. You can change the delegate without extra charge.
