The delivery will be done from Krasnopresnenskaya nab. For this purpose please let us know car number in advance.
Parking — RUR 500 per 8 hours. Time necessary for detrainment is free of charge.
We would be grateful if you would observe the do’s and don’ts associated with the shell system as any damage to the system will be charged directly to the exhibitor.

Fire safety
For stands building must be applied non-inflammable and nonflammable materials.
All flammable materials must be treated fire-retarding composition (should be submitted relevant regulations and copies of firms licenses, carried out work on fire-retardant treatment).
In case of fire safety violation Fire Safety Authority impose penalties in accordance with the established procedure pursuant to the applicable law.
List of documents for 380V electrical connection (to be supplied to Electrical Engineering Service of World Trade Centre, Moscow)
- Insulation resistance certificate
- Electrical scheme showing the power consumption
- The license for the ongoing work (copy)
- Order for appointment of the person responsible for the electricity at the event
- Copy of ID of employees engaged in equipment installation appointed by Exhibitor
- Certificate of responsibility distribution (provided by Electrical Engineering Service signed by World Trade Centre and the person responsible for the electricity at the event)
After the event the organizing committee performs delegate and exhibitor feedback survey as well as thorough analysis of the audience structure. As soon as the audience breakdown analysis is finalized, the organizers will prepare event reports based on the above data.
