Minimum deposit of 30% is required; full balance is due on all booths by April 15, 2010. If the money is not received by this date the organizers reserve the right to cancel the booth space and release the space for sale.
Once a booth has been reserved a non refundable deposit of 30% is required upon receipt of our invoice. If written notice of cancellation is received on or before January 15, 2010 the organizers will provide refund less 30% deposit. If written notice of cancellation is received after April 20, 2010 then the Exhibitor is liable for 100% of the booth space contracted.
