The fee covers participation in all conference sessions, simultaneous translation, drinks during conference breaks, lunches (VAT including). Payment must be made before March 16 2012 to save the discount; before April 19 2012 to guarantee your participation (without discount).
A full refund (minus 10% administration charge) is available for cancellations received in the written form (by letter or fax) before the March 30 2012. No refund will be given after this date. Substitutions can be made without any extra payment.
