Delegates are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Information on accommodation will be forwarded to you after the reception of registration form.

Registration terms and conditions

The fee covers participation in all conference sessions, simultaneous translation, drinks during conference breaks and lunch, the official evening reception (VAT including). Payment must be made before March 16 2012 to save the discount; before April 20 2012 to guarantee your participation. Registration form is valid for delegates from one company.

Corporate discounts

  • 2 delegates - 5%
  • 3 or more delegates - 10%

Cancellation policy

Full refund (less 10% administration charge) is available for cancellations received in writing (by letter / fax) before March 30 2012. No refund is available after this date. Substitutions are accepted without extra charge at any date.

You will be charged in Russian Roubles at the current exchange rate. The Russian Rouble total will be shown before payment is requested. When you send your personal details to us, none of the information is stored on the website, it is passed straight back to the payment system, where it only exists as part of the record of your transaction.
