Delegates are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Information on accommodation will be forwarded to you after the reception of registration form.

Payment

The fee covers participation in all conference sessions; conference materials; simultaneous translation; catering during conference breaks, indicated in the agenda (coffee breaks, lunches, evening reception with alcoholic drinks) (VAT including). Payment must be made before August 10, 2012 to save the discount; before August 27, 2012 to guarantee your participation. Registration form is valid for delegates from one company.

  • 5% FOR 2 delegates
  • 10% FOR 3 delegates & more

Cancellation policy

Full refund (less 10% administration charge) is available for cancellations received in writing (by letter / fax) before August 20, 2012. No refund is available after this date. Substitutions are accepted without extra charge at any date.
