The fee covers participation in all conference sessions, simultaneous translation, drinks during conference breaks and lunches, the official evening reception (VAT including). Payment must be made before October 20, 2009 to guarantee your participation. Registration form is valid for delegates from one company.
Full refund (less 10% administration charge) is available for cancellations received in writing (by letter/fax) before October 1, 2009. No refund is available after this date. Substitutions are accepted without extra charge at any date.
