Booth Price Includes

  • Space in exhibition hall

  • Exhibitor gets a 30% discount for additional delegates
  • 1 delegate for 3 sq.m. of exhibition space free of charge
  • Company profile in Russian and English appearing in official event booklet and ATO Events web-site (Up to 1.500 characters and official web-site address. Materials should be provided before January 25, 2011. if the information received after this date the Organizers cannot guarantee its publication.)

Payment

Minimum deposit of 30% is required; full balance is due on all booths by February 01, 2011. If the money is not received by this date the Organizers reserve the right to cancel the booth space and release the space for sale. Any exhibition signing up after February 01, 2011 must provide full payment with their contract

Cancellation policy

If written notice of cancellation is received on or before January 20, 2011 the Organizers will provide refund less 30% deposit. If written notice of cancellation is received after January 20, 2011 then the Exhibitor is liable for 100% of booth space contracted.
