The fee covers participation in all conference sessions, along with documentation, simultaneous translation, drinks during conference breaks, lunches and the official evening reception (VAT including). Payment must be made before February 9, 2009 to guarantee your participation.
A full refund (minus 10% administration charge) is available for cancellations received in the written form (by letter or fax) before December 15, 2008. No refund will be given after this date. Substitutions can be made without any extra payment.
