3^rd Annual «Business Aviation Forum» took place in Moscow

The 3^rd annual professional conference «Business Aviation Forum» took place in Moscow. The conference brought a contribution to enhancing industry environment for its further development.

The conference agenda includes

• Round table discussion: specifics of the Russian business aviation market development
• Business jet market: shifting highlights
• Efficiency of different business models and fleet management
• Round table discussion: helicopter operations in business and corporate aviation

More than 80 delegates participated in the conference among them Russian and foreign business aviation operators, airports and handling companies, aircraft manufacturers, MRO providers, financial, insurance and leasing companies, service providers.

As it could be concluded from the reports and expert estimations delivered by heads of the Russian leading business aviation companies, business aviation industry in Russia has passed its bottom and entered a new phase of development at the tempo higher than in Europe. However the delegates pointed out several problems that are faced on the way of effective realization of industry potential.

No doubt that various statistic information, opportunity to study practical experience of the leading russian and foreign companies was of great value for the delegates.

Panel discussion «Helicopters in business and corporate aviation» brought together for the first time leading helicopter producers, operators and investment group representatives. The participants highlighted key issues concerning obstacles on the way of effective helicopter operation in business and corporate aviation as well as necessity of consolidation for overcoming these difficulties.
