Cost of booth display

Rate is EUR 500 per sq.m., 3 sq.m. minimum (if paid in RF rubles rate is RUR 17 500 per sq.m.).

  • Exhibitor gets 20% discount on conference fees

Method of payment:

Payment

Minimum deposit of 30% is required. Any Exhibitors signing up after June 8, 2008 must provide full payment with their contract.

Cancellation policy

Once a booth has been reserved a non refundable deposit of 30% is required upon receipt of our invoice. If written notice of cancellation is received on or before June 8, 2008 the organizers will provide refund less 30% deposit. If written notice of cancellation is received after June 8, 2008 then the Exhibitor is liable for 100% of the booth space contracted.
