Minimum prepayment of 50% is required to book the booth. If the prepayment is not received within 10 days from the invoice date the Organizers reserve the right to cancel reservation and release the booth for sale. Full balance is due on all booths within 3 months from booth reservation date to guarantee participation in the event.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to revise the contracted rate providing 10 days written notice. Rates revision does not apply to fully paid fees.Revised rates will come into effect on the 11th day after such a notification is sent by e-mail, fax or currier. Notification sent by e-mail or fax is accepted as original.
If written notice of cancellation is received on or before September 9, 2016 the Organizers will provide refund less 30% deposit. If written notice of cancellation is received from September 10 till November 11, 2016 the Organizers will provide refund less 60% deposit. If written notice of cancellation is received after November 11, 2016 then the Exhibitor is liable for 100% of booth space contracted.
